Bianca Simonian. Born and raised in suburban Los Angeles and a graduate of the California School of Culinary Arts in 2001, Bianca Simonian has built a career in the food industry ranging from personal chefing and catering for an array of entertainment personalities, to owning her own restaurant’s internationally.  Travelling the world, Bianca has taken the best culinary secrets from every major continent incorporating them into innovated and surprising flavors and aromas.  As a southern California native, focused on healthy, fresh and light cuisine Bianca Simonian decided to take on the wonderful world of nut Kulture.
